The House of the Oak
The house is free on four sides and among the greenery. Thanks to its position it has an excellent climate in any season: in winter the internal rooms are easily heated by the fireplace in the living room and by the central heating in evry room; in summer temperature results to be very pleasant both for lush vegetation and for the ancient structure of the house. Consequently the house does not need air conditioning.
MOREOVER BEING IN AN ISOLATED PLACE AND FAR FROM THE LITTLE RURAL VILLAGE IT IS THE PERFECT DESTINATION FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SPEND THEIR HOLIDAYS IN ABSOLUTE PEACE AND QUIETNESS BREATHING HEALTHY AIR AWAY FROM TOWN TRAFFIC.

The hystory of this structure goes back to a long time ago. Up to the second half of the past century the house was a farmhouse where a family of farmers with the job of working the fields all around lived.
Later, when the farmers decided to move to a new house , my grandfather, who was at the time the owner, dedided t o restore the structure obtaining two apartments that since then have always been rented.
In 2020 the apartment on the first floor has been totally renewed: a second bathroom has been made and the electrical and plumbing system have been completely refurbished.
Moreover furniture have been totally substituted and nowadays the apartment has seven beds and equipped with all comforts:

● TWO BATHROOMS
● LAUNDRY AREA.
