… The apartment, located on the first floor of the house , is accessed via the external staircase. The house develops on a long corridor, interspersed on the right and left by numerous rooms, very large and spacious.

As soon as you enter there is a small hall with coat hangers. Continuing on, on the left there is a large living room with two sofas, bookcase and fireplace and a view of the oak. In front of the living room there is the kitchen , quite large and with an adjoining dining table.

Beyond the kitchen, on the same side we find the first bathroom , while on the opposite side there is a first bedroom , equipped with a wardrobe, with a double bed and a further sofa / bed, also double.

Opposite there is a second bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed and wardrobe. This second bedroom also has a private bathroom .

Finally, at the end of the corridor, just in front of the entrance, there is a small room used as a laundry . In addition, all the windows of the house, being the latter free on four sides, offer a splendid view of the park.

The apartment has seven beds and is equipped with all comforts (LPG boiler, two bathrooms and laundry area)
