The apartment, which is located on the ground floor, has a size of about 120 square meters, as in the case of the one on the first floor and has just been renovated. Furthermore, being exactly the mirror image of the one on the upper floor, the two apartments are both structurally identical.

Upon entering you realize that, as on the upper floor, the house develops along a long corridor in which numerous rooms are interposed, both on the right and on the left. Immediately on the right is the kitchen, quite large, with induction hobs, normal and microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and a whole series of appliances and utensils at the complete disposal of guests.

In front of the kitchen is the living room which is also spacious, equipped with a fireplace, TV and two sofas, one of which can become a sofa bed if necessary. Going past the kitchen, on the same side we find the first bathroom, equipped with a shower, while on the opposite side there is a first double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a very large TV.

In front there is a second bedroom, also double and equipped with a private bathroom.

Both bathrooms have a shower, not a bathtub. Finally, at the end of the corridor there is the laundry area, with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and drying rack available to guests.

Here is also the LPG boiler, necessary for both heating and hot water. The apartment has 6 beds and is very comfortable.

Furthermore, always on the ground floor, there is a games room, a common space to share to spend moments of joy and serenity. Inside, guests will find a billiards table with holes and cues, a table football and a target to play darts. This area can be accessed through two distinct doors and guests will be given the keys.

The house, as can also be seen from the images, is completely surrounded by greenery. A few steps from the apartment there are beehives from which excellent honey is expertly extracted, of various flavors and totally organic. All this contributes to giving a taste of what is an experience in total symbiosis with nature and the beauties that only she can offer us and offer you.
